The whole experience was made easily and painless by our sales assistant, Neil. He went through the process of helping myself and my wife find the right mattress for us. Then went through the mattresses that were available for us. They were even very accomodating towards our three year old daughter

First visit to dreams. The man was very helpful and knowledgeable and listened to me and my partners needs. He also managed to give us a great deal and ended up paying £210 less. This also came with a pack of 4 silent night pillows. Fantastic service and I like the fact he spent that time with us and found the best price not just pushing us to get a n expensive one like most places.

Sales person friendly and had good product knowledge

Neal was amazing he showed us around the store and showed us plenty of mattresses explained which each of them were made of. Would definitely recommend to a friend experience was excellent

You stocked what we needed at a reasonable price

Entering the shop I was met by Andrew who asked if I needed some help. He directed me to the 'sleep position analyser' (not sure what it is called) that takes a 3D sensor readings. That allowed us to see a selection of suitable mattresses. That made the choice easier and therefore not spend too much time shopping. The service was good, no over selling, lead in times explained and accepted. The ability to remove the old mattress was helpful as well.

on entry was greeted by a well presented courteous young man, he listened and understood our needs and guided us, giving us time to try out, at no time did we feel rushed or pressurised into buying.
