Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant.

Victoria was very knowledgeable about the products available to us. She was very understanding of our needs and ensured we were able to trial and view every product in the shop which allowed us to make the best decision on a bed. Victoria gave us a very personalised and enjoyable experience in the store and not once did she rush us or advert her attention to others. She answered any query (from pillows to delivery preferences) with ease and quickly, which made us feel very confident about purchasing from this store. We would 100% recommend anyone to visit this store and purchase from them and are very happy with the order we made. We will be returning to make further purchases and are going to make sure Victoria is able to serve us due to the excellent service she provided.

Matthew greeted us in a friendly manner and offered us team and coffee did not pressure us into anything just listened and then advised we were happy with all the choices and especially the bed mattress and pillows

Victoria gave great customer service was so helpful in helping me find the right mattress for me to go with the bed we had ordered. We felt very welcome when we entered the store I didn’t feel like we where getting a hard sale we where aloud to just browse throughout the store...
