Dreams - Plymouth

From the moment we walked into Dreams, the saleman, Robert, could not have been more welcoming or helpful. He put us completely at ease and answered all my questions fully and knowledgeably. We left feeling that we were valued customers and were totally satisfied with our welcome and the way we were dealt with.

After spending the entire day talking to bed salesmen and women whose attitudes varied from awful to shite, we had no intention of purchasing a bed from Dreams, merely gathering some information to search the internet for a better deal at a later date. Rob Greenwood, on the other hand, had no intentions of letting us get away so lightly! The man was charming and funny. Never did he scan the horizon for a better prospect, appear to be bored....as most of your competitors had done earlier in the day or waive his attention from our requirements. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient and relaxed us into parting with the most amount of money we have ever paid for a mattress. The only down side to Rob is that he looks like Frankie Boyle's love child....which was quite scary for our 13 year old daughter. On a serious note, in an age of constant disappointment in the standard of service in the U.K retail sector, the man stands head and shoulders above anyone we have experienced in years. It goes without saying, he's an asset to your company. We bought Rob...and then we bought our mattress. He also paid us a fiver to write this review! Just kidding....

We were shown a range of mattresses by Matthew at the Plymouth branch. He knew technical details and we felt we had made the right choice.

i spoke to another company after leaving dreams and told them the quote i recieved and they told me to go away because i wouldn't get a better one from them so i want back to dreams royal pde plymouth and spoke to matt and the deal was done withen ten minutes very very happy thank you dreams

The advantages and disadvantages of various products were very well explained and Rob obviously had a good knowledge of the products and out them over in a friendly and professional manner

Rob was very good and very efficient iv already recommended him to my family

The assistance I received while in the store was fantastic. Customer service was second to none and very friendly whilst professional. There was no pressure to buy and was made extremely comfortable in store while testing products and looking through stock.

Visited the Plymouth branch to look at Mattress's, very impressed with the assistance and sincere advice given by staff.
