I had been in the store before and rob the assistant remembered me from before and which mattress I was interested in he was very helpful. I was also very pleased with the delivery date I bought it on Monday and received it Thursday the same week.

I was very statisfied there was a good selction of mattresses and with the help of the assistant I was very quickly able to make my mind up which one to choose. Th epurchase was very quick and you were able to deliver withing 7 days (this Saturday) which is exactlty what I wanted.

Very efficient and knowledgeable assistants in the shop and took me directly to the beds and mattresses I wanted

The salesman was very knowledgable and helpful. He talked us through all the types of bed qualities and the kinds of support they offer. He made us feel very valued.

We were looking for headboards ,you had an excellent display with colour swatches attached

Rob the dreams colleague was very friendly and knowledgeable with no pressure selling.

Matthew in the Plymouth royal parade store was amazing so friendly and happy to help he is a real credit to the company he went above and beyond

We went for the financing option and there was a delay at the underwriters side of things, but the staff member in dreams was really helpful. He got us a coffee and we chated and was actually interesting to talk to. It meant that whilst there was a delay we really didnt mind and it was relaxing.
