The assistant , Victoria was very helpful and friendly. She asked what I wanted (a double mattress for a spare bed ) and didn't try to sell me anything more expensive. She was helpful and knowledgable but at no time did I feel pressurised into buying anything. It seemed that she simply wanted me to get what I wanted rather than her trying to make a sale. As it was, I did end up buying a mattress, largely because I felt so comfortable with her.

We were approached by Matthew in Plymouth store who was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us finding out what we were looking for and showing us options. We only came in to browse but ended up buying a bed as we were so impressed by the product.

The sale assistant Rob at the Royal Parade branch was very friendly and helpful . He took the time to ask us about how we slept to get us the right bed and he didn’t rush us ,nothing was to much trouble.
