Josie the staff member who help me was very polite and knew what item would suit me best fantastic customer services skills very friendley and always had a smile on her face

Was very impressed by the salesperson (Paula) Plymouth branch as she was so helpful and did everything to find out what we wanted. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she sold the beds with her efficiency.

We had visited several other shops and been disappointed at lack of interest, information and lack of care. You were great.

We were highly satisfied due to the knowledge of the help we received from Josephine. She made the visit so easy and enjoyable. Her help was invaluable
