The staff in the store were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our sales assistant was very professional and efficient. She made us feel comfortable and offered us a drink each.

We used the Dreams test to assess what kind of mattress we needed, and the assistant was show us several beds she thought would be suitable. From these, we made our choice (after trying to actual mattress) and placed the order. Was particularly impressed that we could reselect if within 4-6 weeks we were not happy - bearing in mind we are trying to resolve ongoing back pain issues. The “icing on the cake” was that the current Sale meant that the required mattress was reduced by 50% !!

At first, the layout of the store was a little confusing as there was lots of merchandise in the store and we had never been in before. We had a quick look around but the store manager came up and was really friendly and asked both of us how we sleep and what’s best for each and showed us around several beds. We were only looking for a mattress but we decided to go for a bigger mattress and bed frame also. He was very professional and spent time with us.

Because I was welcomed immediately and was helped with my choice of mattress by a very friendly and informative assistant, who explained the differences between the various mattresses and which would be best for me.

The colleague was really personable, listened to what I wanted and most importantly to me didn't try pushing anything I.e. Offered extras and talked about the products professionally, but remained informative and on my agenda.
