Knew what I wanted and they found it immediately and knew the product well

Very friendly staff. Hot drink was offered. Store was clean and felt like a place I would want to buy a bed from. The protection plan was good value. Great customer service. And the list can go on.

We were welcomed by Josephine and Matt who were both really friendly and immediately put us at ease. Josephine then served us and firstly asked what we were looking for, then explained some options, then allowed plenty of time to try out products. There was no sales pressure to buy the most expensive, but to buy the product that most suited our needs. Due to the relaxed friendly way we were cared for we decided to buy extras like pillows. The whole experience was straightforward and actually fun.

Rob, who served us in your Plymouth branch was very welcoming and helpful, offered my husband and I a drink and also gave us free pillows
