The staff in store were extremely helpful, took the time to understand what I wanted/needed, assisted me in trying mattresses and were polite and friendly throughout.

The sales assistant was very polite and efficient and her product knowledge was exceptional and she was very friendly and talkative and was very understanding of our needs.

Josephine was Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I initially went inside the store for the first time to enquire about a specific mattress and was greeted by a member of staff who listened to my request and after hearing what she had to offer I said I would be back with my wife. This we did after about an hour and the female assistant continued to explain how she could assist us we our purchase. We were even offered coffees while we commenced the purchase paperwork and all went very smoothly. Thank you very much.

Served by Josephine who provided a friendly greeting and went through a few options leaving us time to try out the beds. We returned after a period to make a buying decision and were offered refreshments whilst we discussed all options. We were offered a great deal including some pillows/duvet and any extras. Overall excellent service which I would highly commend. Josephine certainly went the extra mile.
