Josephine at your Plymouth Royal parade branch , kindly offered her assistance during our visit where we were looking for a new mattress. Giving us time to take a look at our options and try some mattresses we were explained to in detail about each product we looked at and what availability you had for delivery or collections. Josephine was polite, confident and curtious she is an asset to your company .

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. She was also very friendly and it was an excellent shopping experience. The sales assistant in the Plymouth store on Royal Parade in the Plymouth city centre was called Josephine and we will definitely see her again as we have further purchases to make in the near future.
