Great customer service we was asked what we was looking for and our price range we was shown what We should expect from the bed and mattress even made sure to show us what pillows we should look into the staff was friendly and made us both feel welcome and offered us both a drink while we was sorting out the details

Quick expert help, Josephine helped with every question and we priced up three beds before we picked.

Paula was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I tried several beds and Paula had all the time I needed

Salesman knew what he was talking about and gave me his knowledge on what would be beneficial for me. He took the time to ascertain what it was I could benefit from most for example his recommendation on pillows because I am having difficulty finding one that is comfortable. He also explained the technology behind spring based beds thereby giving me the information which helped me make what I hope will be the correct informed decision. Overall the service was outstanding. What everybody hopes for when purchasing an important and expensive household item. Someone who provides an honest and well informed service. Someone who makes you feel that you are important and that only the best will do.

As soon as I walked in Josephine came straight across with a smile and I said I had no idea what I needed . She talked me through and let me try the different types of mattresses and then carried on being fantastic till I finished my purchase
