No pressure. Robert listened to what i wanted and showed me what fitted my needs in a friendly welcoming manner. Would certainly deal with him again.

From the moment we put a foot through the door we we greeted with a smile and welcomed - Paula has a natural sales ability and turned my ‘just looking ‘ into a sale purely down to her personality - warmth- knowledge and professionalism! She shared her knowledge whilst taking our order with the other younger sales assistant without making her embarrassed or patronising her - clearly you can see they make a great team !

Josie was truly amazing , she is the best customer service advisor I’ve ever been served by , I think the girl deserves a pay rise but not too much mind . A well spoken lady but josie dear it’s suits you much better to say sterling or great British pound rather than QUID , leave that to the janners of Plymouth ha ha xxxxx guess who ....

we where greeted as soon as we entered the store with a cup of coffee and a very friendly service was not rushed everything was explained clearly and it was a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic service from staff member (Paula) in store. Made to feel welcome to browse. Listened to my needs and made good suggestions. Felt confident with her knowledge of products. Would highly recommend her.

I went to the store knowing no more than I needed a bed (4'6") Everything was explained to me, different types of mattress, drawers, colours etc. I was impressed by the fact that at no time did I feel rushed or pressured - I would have walked if I was.
