The assistant Josephine, was very friendly towards us. She was also very knowledgeable about the various products and was not 'overbearing' taking her time and therefore giving us time to consider our choice. She was also enthusiastic about her job. We were very impressed by the interest she showed in ensuring that we selected the item that was right for us.

The two staff members were extremely friendly and helpful we were not pressurised in any way they answered all our questions and we were more than satisfied
