Customer care and courtesy was second to none. Both ladies i had contact with were of the same polite and helpful calibre. They both deserve a medal for being so tolerant and kind with great patience. I wish all shop employees displayed the same attitude towards their customers. It would make all shopping a far better experience.

im not a huge fan of shopping and want to be in and out quickly, they asked the right questions to help me pick the correct item as i would have been wandering round all day otherwise.

Paula asked what I had in mind and assessed my needs immediately. Although I tried other beds her first choice for me was the correct one. Also there were other things on offer.
