Dreams - Plymouth

Paul at the Plymouth store was absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable, honest and helpful throughout the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. He helped me find the right mattress for the chosen bed frame and was quick with a delivery date when I was expecting to wait 12 weeks, it’s being delivered within 4 weeks. Would highly recommend dreams and a massive thank you to Paul for all your help.

She was incredibly friendly, helpful and made the experience so much more satisfying than trying to guess what would work from a website. She is a credit to your workforce and greatly influenced my decision to purchase on that day rather than reflect on the decision

Competent and friendly staff. No hard sell. Completely at ease whilst looking at products. Not rushed. A bit of fun using the configured bed at suggested 'best fit' for us although not entirely sure it was to be taken too seriously! 😀

Our assistant was really helpful an knew his stuff. Made the whole experience go from feeling daunting and unsure of what we wanted or needed to totally chilled an happy with our eventual decision
