Victoria was incredibly helpful. Even with the issue with paying for my items by Amex, she persevered until all options were exhausted. ( you may want to look into your system and amex- it was definately an issue your end not accepting the card. Amex could see us trying as we were trying and was saying the decline was coming from your system.) however, my partner will return to the Plymouth Royal Parade store and buy her new bed also. I cannot praise Victoria enough.

My shopping experience with dreams was highly satisfactory from the outset as communications took place in a friendly and relaxed manner over a cup of coffee. I was given prompt answers regarding price, availability, texture, manufacture and materials required and used to make the particular mattress for my body shape and lifestyle. Iwas also pleased to discover that my present bed and mattress will be recycled by Dreams.
