Dreams - Plymouth

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by a very polite, smartly dressed woman who shown me around the shop and talked me through a selection of beds which I sampled. Her product knowledge was brilliant and she listened to everything I had to say with interest. I was sold a selection of items and she made sure I was happy with each of my decisions before selling them to me. Very polite and friendly, could not ask for anything more from a person or a shopping trip.

Great service from a lovely lady

Paula you're sales assistant was a great help, my son Peter has learning disability and Paula was kind and gentle when we when buying him a new bed she explained everything to him and answered all his questions with patients and understanding.

The store was attractive and well-laid out. The beds were clearly labeled with mattress firmness, and each one had pillows and a protector at the foot so I didn’t have to take my shoes off. there was a good range of products and prices, and a useful selection of accessories (pillows, duvets, mattress covers). It compares very favorably with the local competition, where there were only five beds and no staff!

Matthew was really helpful in explaining the different products I had shortlisted for my purchase which made my choice much easier. He also explained the whole process from purchase to delivery.

Customer service was excellent,we were treated well,offered a drink,and all information was told in a easy to understand manner.

We found Paula to be very knowledgable and pleasant. Paula did a fantastic job in helping us find our dream mattress. We were highly satisfied with the service we received.

Josephine was the lady who helped us today, she explained every thing we needed to no about the beds we looked at. she told us to take are time and lay on the beds she did not rush us at all. my son needs a new bed and I will recommend they go to Dreams, all in all we are very pleased with are day at Dreams, well done Josephine and thankyou for your help, Ruth and John Eggbeer.

A very helpful Sales lady called Josephine welcomed me with a warm smile at the door Asked what I was looking for and proceeded to show the types of beds and mattresses. No pressure selling otherwise I would have left immediately.
