Both the store manager Rob and Paula were very welcoming, friendly and professional. I used the Sleepmatch which is amazing. I would recommend anybody thinking of buying a new bed or mattress to use it.

Really positive experience with dreams. I have bought mattresses on two different occasions from each of the Plymouth stores and each time I was very impressed with the options available, the staff knowledge and their eagerness to help. The staff were brilliant on both occasions. The mattresses are brilliant. Can't fault dreams.

We were immediately welcomed by Paula who noted our enquiry & needs, she showed us suggestions & we were given the opportunity to test them out. Having made our choices we were given a coffee then taken through the order process. A very pleasant experience.
