Josephine was very friendly and helpful from the start. She was very aware of upcoming offers, and sat and priced up several different alternatives for us to have a think about overnight. She also told us there was an end of line bed which was likely to be discounted as a display line. Although we didn't go away with the display line bed, we did purchase a King Bed, a new mattress and Josephine also made sure that we have everything we needed for our new bed and we had some new pillows, a mattress cover and a new duvet! We couldn't be happier with our purchase and can't wait for it to be delivered!

Welcoming, kind, friendly assistant (Josie), who recommended us to use the sleep match bed to help us to make an accurate choice. After showing us our choices, she kindly allowed us time by ourselves to talk through our thoughts, which enabled us to make a decision without feeling pressured but remained close enough to answer any questions we might have. A good variety of beds and mattresses to choose from which helped to make our experience highly satisfying.

Stacey, the store lady from Dreams Plymouth who assisted me was absolutely brilliant. She made sure that my needs will be met and she even gave me a follow up call to make sure that everything was done correctly.

Josephine was so friendly in helping us find our perfect bed. She recommended lots of products we might like and told us what she thought would be best for our needs rather than a general overview. She clearly knows alot about the products. She was so cheerful, talkative and nothing was too much of a hassle for her.
