Everything about my visit was exemplary. I was given the chance to discuss my needs. The sales assistant ,Stacey was very friendly and knowledgeable . She did not pressure me, instead listened to my needs. The cost of the item was amazingly low, considering the high quality. I would recommend Dreams to anyone looking to replace their bed products. In fact I have already done so.

I have been wanting a Tempur mattress for years now but haven’t been able to afford it. Me and my partner happened to be wondering around town and seen your sale. As we walked in we were approached by this lovely lady (I remembered her name but now for the life of me I’ve forgotten) who explained even if we weren’t going to buy we could try Sleep match which would tell us what bed would be best suited to us. Then another really lovely lady Paula took us to test beds, explained that we could buy the beds on 0% interest finance and we were made tea(really good tea) and we’re made to feel really comfortable, Paula worked out how much we would be paying each month and sorted out a deal with the pillows we wanted and then a bed frame! Can I just say that we literally went into dreams to have a look around, we had no intention of buying anything. These two ladies were amazing the whole time and were so easy to talk to, they weren’t pushy they just naturally wanted to help us find a good bed (I also suffer with spondylitis) and I truly believe the bed we have bought will be a miracle for it! So I’d like to thank the two ladies so much, genuinely, also dreams for having such great staff!
