Paula was more than helpful, she understood my budget and needs. Paula was really honest with me when finding a product that was cheaper due to a name change, because she was able to spot this item I was able to save £100’s pounds on a new mattress

From the moment I asked for assistance I was very well looked after. Stacey was fantastic at listening to needs rather than telling me what I needed as I have found at other bed stores. I came away feeling happy and excited for my new bed and mattress. I really couldn't have wanted more.

I was lucky to 2 lovely ladies look after me one called Paula was so helpful andswerd all my questions put me at ease I have never spent so much money on my self esp a bed I am over the moon and can't wait for my bed thankyou.

Paula was very knowledgeable with the products and spent the time understanding our needs.

I felt that it was a personal experience and treated with great respect.

On aarival we were greeted by a Sales assistant who was friendly and understood we wanted to browse, Later Paula came and demonstrated the Sleep match to us and it was interesting to find her and our fave were the ones we were matched with. Whilst we contemplated the deal Paula did us a quote taking in to consideration all our needs. Happy with that we decided to go ahead and she offered us the use of toilet for child and drinks. While they did the finance myself and child chilled on bed nearby - very relaxing! She explained about pillows and other products available and the whole process was very smooth. Puala was knowledgable and put us at ease while purchasing.

The assistant was very professional in the way she came across and made me feel at ease.She explained everything and she was not pushy. She set me updated a deal in which I was very satisfied with.I shall certainly come back again when the eight years is up.
