The colleague was very friendly and approachable. He explained the different options clearly and in detail. He explained the special offers. He also explained how I could adjust the delivery date (I am having work done and may need to delay). Ordering was easy. An excellent experience. Very impressed.

Rob was an absolute gem from the beginning of my visit to the end. Very informative and accommodating to all my needs. He offered me coffee and assisted me through the whole process, in very impressed with his service.

The service was fantastic and very helpful. The assistant was very knowledgable of the products and spent the time to inform me of the benefits of the products I bought and others to give me enough information to make the right choice.

Paula was amazing, really helpful and knowledgable, we had left our dog in the car so whilst the credit check was going through she let us go off and move the car to allow us to let the dog stretch her legs, then she let us back in with the dog any gave her a bowl of water or 3, fantastic service
