The assistant was extremely helpful, warm and welcoming without being patronising. She seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right products for us and although she helped us to understand the excellent value that the current offer represents and was very clear about the limited time that it would be available for, we didn't feel pressured. She explained everything really clearly and let us make our minds up in our own time. We can honestly say that the main reason we returned the next day to make the purchase was because of the excellent service she had provided.

We were given all the help in finding the mattress that suited me best. The staff was very friendly. They told us all the extras we could have and the ones we said no to was taken on board they didn't try and push us into something we didn't want.

The assessment machine was invaluable in helping to decide the best mattress, and the assistance given by Paul was exceptional. Helpful, knowledgeable, but not pushy.

I came in on Sunday and was assisted by Josie, I couldn't complete the sale then due to a personal issue but explained I would be in on Tuesday. Josie explained she wouldn't be in but her colleague would assist me and we would pick up where Sunday left off and that exact thing happened. I was greeted on Tuesday by Donna who although new to the business was ready to process my sale and answer any questions I had which she did brilliantly, my order was a finance order and although Donna hadn't had much experience with these she tackled it head on and we completed with no issues. Great service from both of these ladies, assets to the company and I will be sure to return.

Greeted on arrival but left to look for a few minutes before we were approached by a guy who introduced himself as Rob. He listened to our requirements and directed us to a selection of beds and mattresses. His knowledge was brilliant. When we said we’d browse and think about it he gave us space but came back with a quote which actually helped us decide.As an ex retail manager I appreciated his ability to read his customers. First time in your store and very impressed.
