Paul was very friendly informative and understood my needs. Another assistant Kirsty was also helpful and friendly whilst my daughter sorted all the paperwork with Paul. I was given plenty of time to try the mattress with no pressure to decide quickly.

The assistant knew all about the bed and gave us a great tip which then took any doubts away and decided the bed was the right one

Your representative Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as patient during our decision to make the purchase of 2 beds and one divan. He took a lot of time talking through the different divans which helped us make our final decision about which divan to buy.

We had no idea what we were looking for when we came in, and after sitting on a couple of beds the friendly assistant came over to advise to get a real feel please lie on as many beds as you like to get a feel, asking if we knew what we were after firm soft. We said yet again no idea and was suggested maybe use the sleep machine to get a idea as one of us is a side sleeper and the other on his back. It was so useful and ruled out a number of mattresses straight away. We went away to have a think but we were back within the hour not getting this one mattress out of our heads! Then came pillow talk yet again we went back to the chosen mattress and Rob kindly went and got nearly every pillow for us to try and rule out and again we found the perfect match!
