All round excellent and friendly service. Thought the 'test bed' as excellent and guided us. Staff very friendly and well informed.

Friendly staff at the Plymouth Royal Parade store. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Good value in the sale. Most importantly the delivery slot was available on the desired date and the drivers arrived ahead of time after calling to make sure that was OK (it was better for me that they were earlier). Assembly was relatively painless, although probably a lot easier for 2 people with some of the lifting involved.

Both the assistants were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products.

We were served by Paula in the PLymouth city centre Dreams shop. Paula offered excellent customer service, and had fantastic knowledge of the mattresses. Nothing was to much trouble, and she helped us make the right decision without any sales pressure.

The experience was 100% Positive, quick and easy. The lady was very polite, informative and was very knowledgeable. After talking for just a couple a minutes, I felt like I had known her for years. She made me feel welcome and made the whole visit very pleasurable.

Paula was very helpful and polite gave me the chance to find the right mattress by putting me in the machine that selects your mattress. I was amazed as always gone for a soft mattress wrre as i should have a firm one Paula offeted other services eg bed cover mattress take away was not at all pushy felt that i would benefit from them not that i was pressures into adding them to my order

Assistant was very knowledgeable on the product I required and understood the difficulties I have been experiencing.

Knowledgeable customer service operator who put my wife (who has suffered a stroke) at ease, he took time to explain all the ins and outs of the product including any drawbacks and ensured my wife understood everything. Well done Paul.

I was made welcome from the moment I set foot in the store. Josephine has a wonderful smile and product knowledge to match. Sleep match helped but Josephine was excellent in helping with my decision. As a fellow side sleeper i trusted her advice as to what pillows suited me best. Cuppa tea made exactly how I wanted it just topped off a perfect shopping trip. Made stress free thanks to Josephine.
