The gentleman Paul greeted us at the door, very friendly, understood exactly what we were after, gave us advice on the mattress, understood we were in a hurry due to having the children with us and was very lovely to chat to! All round good experience from purchase to delivery! All our mattresses are dreams and we will be back again!

We've visited three times and have had a fab experience. We've been greeted and offered a drink on all occasions and the Sales Assistant who supported us (Paul) was extremely helpful and talked us through our options following our use of the SleepMatch machine and chose appropriate pillows for us. We were helped all the way through the process and had a great experience.

Paula was really attentive and took time to understand our needs and finds us the right product.

The mattress simulator which advises on the best mattress. The member of staff had not been there long but was really friendly and when he wasn’t sure he asked a colleague.

Paul greeted us promptly and was very welcoming. He listened to our requirements and encouraged us to use the 'bed computer' (he used the correct name, I cannot remember it). He was then very helpful in showing us what mattresses met our needs. We did not purchase at once but went away to think about the order. When we returned Paul welcomed us back and processed the order very swiftly.
