I had slept on a Tempur mattress on a house boat last Summer,and intended buying one at some stage,to help with back pains. I bought a mattress in Bridgend and a tempa mattress over 10 years ago , thought it was time for a new bed and mattress and bed , very pleased , hence buying one again ,

The salesman Robert greeted us upon arrival and listened to what we were looking for and our reasons. He carried out a full assessment and then guided us through each of the mattress options, clearly explaining the differences. This enabled us to make an informed choice and proceed with our order

I didn’t have to wait to be served, the guy was friendly and very helpful I was happy with the whole process

I was not rushed I was pleased to be offered a drink it was a very pleasant experience Thank you.

Kirsty our assistant was so polite and helpful Il laid on the bed and did all of the scientific details which she had explained to me I found a nice firm bed that was most helpful for my back so excellent service by an excellent assistant and a highly satisfied customer.

Both members of staff in the Plympton branch on 17/03/2022 were brilliant. Very informative and took the time to make sure we bought the perfect bed.

An assistant greeted us, asked what we were looking for and showed us where to look and offered pillows, after asking what sleeping position. He was incredibly helpful , friendly and most important not the least bit pushy
