The colleague that helped me Heera was excellent. He had outstanding knowledge of products and customer service he did his utmost to ensure that I got the best for my money. I would go back to that store And ask for help specifically from him.

We got what we were looking with good help from sales person

David who served me at the Perry Barr Birmingham store was extremely helpful. He did not pressure me just helped me decide aswell as giving me a lovely mug of coffee. He was efficient pleasant and knowledgeable and quickly dealt with everything I requested. He was in my opinion a very good Dreams employee. And the store itself was lovely too. I spent nearly £1,200 on Sunday I would recommend David and the store to other people.

From the minute I walked into the store, I was assisted and taken to the bed that I was enquiring about. The store assistant spoke to me about the benefits of a memory foam mattress and how I could benefit from the mattress as I have early stages Multiple Sclerosis. A friend told me I should invest in a memory foam mattress and I was impressed that there was a sale on with 36 months interest free. I will recommend the store to friends as I was very well looked after and offered refreshments.

Highly satisfied but could of given a free pillow case

As soon as I entered the store the assistance came to my aide and asked if I needed help. I explained my requirements and the price range I was prepared to pay. He then went through the options with me and after I had made a choice I asked if there was any in the discounted section and when he checked there was one that I wanted. Which I eventually purchased.

This is my third visit to the store in Perry Barr over a few years. I am very satisfied with my orders and the staff always friendly and go the next mile make me want to come again. I hope and pray that you will alway be in Perry Barr because its so easy to get to. God bless you all

We only went into the store to have a look around and to see what we might buy in the future as we were still decorating our bedroom. We were approached by Tariq who was extremely helpful and showed us the options we could have. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us the space and time to browse but was there if we had any questions. he was friendly and offered us a drink and was very chatty and interested in us and why we were visiting the store that day. We ended up seeing a few things that we liked and with Tariqs help we ended up making a purchase and were very happy. His customer service was excellent and so was the other young mans whose name we didnt catch but he was also very helpful. The store was very spacious and the products were displayed well and the prices and options were clear. We would definitely use this store again and recommend it to others.
