The shop person was very helpful, was keen to understand my criteria of choosing the bed. The number of choices were appreciable. Price range was not too cheap, but reasonable. The shop rep tried his best to help my budget with different payment options. Overall it was a nice experience.

We decided we needed a new Bed, on being in the store about 5 minutes, Aariq. Asked if we needed any assistance, he was a great help, he explained to us all the different mattresses, which were available, we decided to purchase, a complete new Bed, Tariq, was extremely helpful, guided us through the sale with ease, even asked if we wanted a coffee, it was very enjoyable buying from Dreams

Very relaxed atmosphere when we walked into store. Happy sales rep approached asked if we would like a drink while looking, no hard sales tactics at all. Happy just to let us look and try. Then when we did need help came straight over, knew the stock and where in store the mattress type we wanted was, even got us to try 4 or 5 different ones to make sure we got it right. Didnt try to push the most expensive one either but the best one to suit us.

The assitant Tariq was absolutely fantastic polite friendly and showed me every thing available in my price range also never pressurised me into anything was very pleased with my purchase today with the help from Tariq!!!

Explained what was required for our needs and located items quickly. Had an option of two items to purchase to suit our affordability.
