Tariq was friendly and very helpful. He remembered everything we said to him and gave us some space to think and talk when we needed it. At some places you feel jumped on when you walk in the door but we didn't feel like this at all. There was a good selection and Tariq gave us the time to try different mattresses when we weren't sure

Sanj and tariq were extremely helpful when choosing my new bed my back has been hurting for weeks and they found the best fit for me. I was listened to given options and was well informed on the products in store I was amazed at the service and pride they had in selling items

I was served by Tariq in One Stop, Perry Barr, Birmingham store. He was absolutely brilliant and gave me a variety of options to get the best out of m money. Very good and polite customer service by a man called Tariq. He was very informative and good with suggestions and choices available. No pressure and dealt with ease.

As soon as we entered, David showed us beds suitable to our needs (single beds for our children). He mentioned the sales promotion, got our children to test various mattresses and even involved them by asking how they each felt about the mattress and which they preferred, which I thought was very caring of him. I could not fault the service received by David, he was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process stress free, a real credit to your company. He was ever so friendly and very honest about the products which you could tell he was very passionate about. We will most definitely be looking to talk to him when looking for a mattress for our bed.

Jay greeted us straightaway when we arrived at the store and offered us a drink which was lovely. She gave us time to look at the bed ourselves and was able to assist us with picking the right bed and mattress- we were also able to try the mattresses out and the pillows. We were given the opportunity to select the duvet and protector. She also discussed the different finance options available and delivery options. We were informed of our purchase throughout the visit
