We discussed what we need from a bed, and David was the right man, as he kown his mattress, and what one was right for us.

Upon visiting the Perry Barr store I wasn’t pounced on, which is always good because I like to look around first, even though the staff weren’t busy. After a while I was approached by Jatinder who showed around the various mattresses to go with a bed I had my eye on. She was very professional and friendly too. She gave me a quote but didn’t pressure me at all.

Went for a mattress but ended up buying complete bed, Tariq who served us was highly knowledgeable and explained pros and cons of different mattress's, I felt he understood our position and gave sound advice without being pushy for sale

Because Tariq gave us a warm welcome as we entered the store. In addition to this, Tariq provided a lot of help and he was very knowledgeable about the types of mattresses there were. This then helped us decide which mattress to purchase. He also offered us some refreshments, such as, tea and coffee during the wait. All the staff made us feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The customer service was great.

Melissa listened to our needs and then suggested other options we hadn’t thought of to try. I felt she was with us on our shopping journey and took our concerns seriously rather than just angling to sell us anything. It was a refreshing and most welcome experience. Thank you.

I was greeted by Melissa upon entering the store. She listened to my requirements and advised me on the right product for me. She made suggestions according to.my budget and type of mattress I required and let me try out few beds. Ordering the bed and mattress was very easy. Melissa outlined the various payment methods and advised me on what products were available to enhance my sleep experience. Delivery times suited my schedule and she even discounted the assembly price. Melissa was very friendly and professional.at all times. A credit to the company
