Tariq helped us with the mattress purchase. He was very kind and had an excellent knowledge of the products. He provided us with hot drinks and had a genuine interest in helping us find the right mattress. He was a good listener to understand our needs and pointed us to the right mattresses within our budget. Excellent customer service.

We went to the perry barr store David helped us choose our mattress and we choose the bed frame he was very polite and friendly

I went in to buy a mattress but really unsure what I wanted. Dave came over and explored my needs and gave me options and alternatives. Extremely polite and offered me a drink while I waited. Great experience. It’s a pity other stores don’t treat all their customers like this.
