Melissa found what we wanted very quickly and I was very happy with what she recommend.

Came in for a mattress, left with one!

I took my time to choose the products that I wanted and when I queried then I was quite impress with the quality of the response about the products. I was clearly told the price, quality and overall information I needed. Then everything was great from there, instantly, everything was put together such as the finance plan, pricing. I was very impressed with the Customer service overall. I was happy to receive free fitting and free delivery. Also delivery times were perfect I got the exact dates I wanted. Great quality of service from hera.

The store assistant was outstanding - David helped us a great deal and was so good in helping us with our choice. He went above and beyond for us and in fact he was the main reason we opted to pay what we did.

The person who dealt with my purchase was called Heera from the Perry Barr store at One Stop, Birmingham. He was very polite and knew about the product I purchased. I would recommend the store as the staff were very friendly and Heera even made myself and my sister a coffee which was delicious. Thank you very much.

Assistant very helpful as recommended Sleepcheck to help decide correct matress. Melissa was patient while I tried out the various mattresses and was knowledgeable.

Thought your member of staff ( Dave ) was very helpful . He had no problem demonstrating the product in volunteering information.
