Melissa was very helpful and her understanding of the products was very impressive. I have had previous experience at other stores (not Dreams) where staff have been too pushy not knowledgeable of other products whereas Melissa at Perry Barr was knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions, was both friendly and courteous I will definitely be returning to this store and asking for Melissa for any of my future bedding requirements.

We visited you Perry Barr store in Birmingham. Called in advance and spoke to David, who arranged to meet us that evening. He was very professional, well prepared, polite, knowledgable and friendly. An absolute asset for Dreams! His support and service encouraged us to buy several items. A fantastic representative of your company.

Sanj was very helpful in terms of helping us find the bed and mattress we desired. Jay, who served us, made us feel very comfortable, and although we only came in for a mattress - we left with a bed and mattress as we was able to reach an agreement due to exceptional customer service!
