David was professional and friendly and was attentive to my needs. David displayed a caring nature in his approach. David was knowledgable about both products and displayed both products and what the products offered. David was friendly and professional and displayed a person centred approach. When I spoke to my husband and son on the phone, David also spoke to them to provide details of the product.
