Excellent customer service which felt very personalised. The staff were very attentive, friendly and courteous. I felt really valued as a customer. I love the technology used to confirm the right mattress for me. I definitely wouldn't have ordered the right mattress if it were not for this system,which only took a few minutes, amazing!! The fact that I could try out the mattresses really made a difference. The time and patience that was shown me made all the difference to my decision to make a purchase, even when I kept changing my mind over colour choices etc. I was not hurried or pressurised. I have been to other bed stores and did not receive the same level of customer service, this was so much better than I was expecting. Thank you for making the effort. I was pleased with my decision and the savings I made, as a love a bargain!

Friendly staff that were approachable and had knowledge about the product I wanted. Easy to find the product and the purchase transaction was quick.
