The assistance and help we got from here, Sanjay and David was excellent and they did go out their way to help me and my family .... here was 10 on 10

Purchased a Bed and Mattress from the same store 17 years ago. Testament to the Dreams quality. Returned this time to purchase a new matteress for the bed. Found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and no sales pressure used. Just like 17 years ago. Kept informed of my purchase, the delivery prompts to my phone were useful. On delivery day, today, Driver kept me informed of the time slot and were both friendly and professional. Not the easiest of deliveries for them (staircase) but no need to worry they suceeded. Overall the type of service you need when making an important purchse for the home.

This is the third time I have come here, all because of David who works at the Store in Perry Barr, Birmingham. Ever since he delivered exceptional customer service, I have recommended my friends and family to him. He is polite and more importantly understands the needs of the customers. Usually on feedback I would never select the best option possible but the feedback I am leaving is genuine and pray David continues up the ladder of success with Dreams.

The person who helped us (David) knew what he was talking about and was friendly and helpful. He didn’t pressure us as we wanted to go away and have a think, and it was so quick to order once we came back this evening. The bed was a good price and we got the 8 year guarantee which I’m really happy with.
