No pressure was placed on me to consider alternative more expensive items. l had my daughter with me who is a wheelchair user and the salesperson was extremely helpful with her too, including her in the general chat for which l was grateful.

I was very please with the lady who help me & she was very patient with me give me time by myself to try out the different mattress she point out to me which should suit mean and listen to my opinion.

I was seen by Jay and she was absolutely brilliant! She understood straight away what bed I needed and also was extremely informative. She also helped me find a pillow and duvet that was well suited to my needs and I couldn’t be happier.
