Myself and my wife went to dreams for a bed and we found the perfect one for us. The customer service we received from David at the 1stop branch in perry Barr was outstanding. He gave us the information and products we required from the start to finish. We are very satisfied with how our visit went. Thank you.

On entering the store I was met by a very friendly Jay. Nice friendly greeting and helped me. Jay allowed me to measure my need for a mattress. The pressure test was good and helped me understand what mattress I needed. I was offered a cofeee and allowed to try out the different beds. She was extremely focused on delivering great service. The transaction was slick and neat. We had a conversation and was nice as I had a long day. Thank you jay you an asset to dreams and this store!!!
