The sales assistant was polite and courteous he took his time to listen to my needs. He used the technology in store to select a range of suitable mattresses. He also demonstrated a range of beds and assisted me to select the exactly right bed to suit my needs. He also took his time with the paperwork to ensure everything was correct and explained it all to me. A very enjoyable shopping experience!
