I would highly recommend the Dreams store at One Stop Perry Barr. We were politely greeted by Sharan (but not pressured) and she was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She assisted us in assessing which would be the right kind of mattress for our specific individual needs and any health issues were also considered. Nothing was too much trouble for this lady who practically showed us every mattress in the shop that might be suitable and also considered the price range we had discussed with her. We eventually ordered a very impressive mattress, which happened to be in the sale at a fantastic price. We were very pleased that Sharan suggested this particular mattress to us and on praising Sharan for her expertise knowledge and professional, I was absolutely stunned when she told me she had only been working there a couple of weeks!! This I found unbelievable as she was exceptionally helpful and caring and genuinely wanted to help us buy the best mattress for us. I would thoroughly recommend this store (the manager is also very friendly and helpful) and if you happen to be served by Sharan you can't go wrong. Every company should have a Sharan she is a star employee!

Acknowledged when we entered store. Allowed to have our own look around and sought assistance advised what we were looking for and pay and we were given 3 options choices within store. Very happy
