Dreams - Perry Barr

I thought I was just buying a mattress but it turns out it's more complicated than I expected, thanks to the help of your staff we managed to to find what I needed quickly and efficiently so I could select what I wanted in budget without fuss, very happy.

From selection though to ordering my experience of the Dreams team was very good . Ordering was efficient and Dreams assistant , Tarqir was both friendly and compent. Emails and txt message alerts where delivered as promised. Delivery was brilliant ,on time and by two friendly delivery men , who assembled bed very quickly and gave a demonstration. Very clean and tidy work .

I called customer services in regards to an order I needed immediately, and needed to find a store near me that had it in stock. Abby at customer services was AMAZING. She emailed my local store, found out they had the bed in stock available for collection immediately and asked them to put one aside for me, and then she called me back to tell me. Then the staff in store were fantastic! I was served by Nicky, who was exceptional, and had a lovely chat with the store manager too. Both of these guys were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault my experience from start to finish. Thanks all!

My Mrs is 7 months pregnant and we experience da very friendly approach giving us all the information we needed and at the same time showed great vigilance and care towards my wife the lady by the name of Jay and her colleague Sanj explained to to me and took me through the process and made me feel like a family environment thank you so much guys

Ashraf, who was the salesman. Took his time to answer all my questions. Regarding my purchase. I changed my mind few times. He had good customer service skills. He was patient and understanding.

Tariq greeted us at the door and he started with open questions. He responded to our needs and provided a quick selection filter of what would be suitable for us. He was not forceful and was very friendly.

David was extremely friendly and helpful and it was a very pleasant shopping experience

I was highly satisfied with the customer service Tyric gave us at Perry bar , he was very patient with us helping to find a mattress, he was really friendly as well and he gave us a really good bargain we managed to get a mattress protector for free. Thanks Tyric
