Excellent customer service. Assistant was knowledgeable and explained in detail and answered all questions. Was friendly, patient and welcoming. Good selection of beds and mattresses to choose from. Clean and easy to stroll around and take time with selecting.

Staff were very helpful and explained the differences in mattress firmness and how the surround system works on the bed that we were interested in without putting any pressure on us to buy

From the moment we enter the store, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. Initially we were just looking at what was available. Nicky came over and talked through what we were after. We used the sleep match machine to understand what mattress was best for us. She then went through a couple of different options of mattress for us. She understood our budget and found us a suitable option. We negotiated on price including a mattress protector and left feeling really pleased. Due to it being a clearance mattress we were unable to take out any additional warranty however it was explained it comes with a standard 12 months. Nicky offered to take away our old mattress. Nicky’s attention to detail and customer service was fantastic, something a lot of shops don’t offer these days. We explained to Nicky we didn’t yet have a move in date, she said just to give her a call if we needed help to move this back. Thanks for making the process so easy Nicky.

As a first time costumers of dreams I am highly satisfied with my trip because I found what I was looking for and the staff was very helpful.

I was served very well by David he showed and explained to me the various types of mattresses at the end of which I believe the appropriate one was chosen by me. I was offered a chair to sit on while the sale was explained to me, like pillows which I did not need also a cup of very, very nice hot chocolate. On leaving the store he wished For me to have a good day.

Nicky was really helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, understanding our needs.

It’s not my first time to shop at dreams and I am satisfied with the knowledge of the staff and listening what I am looking for. I’m always happy when I shop eat dreams quality product and good communication.
