H the dreams assistant at the Perry Barr branch was amazing. As soon as we entered he was friendly, asked us to sanitise our hands, offered us tissue to wipe the excess off & was very knowledgeable & patient with us whilst around store. He had many years experience & even remembers my parents from a few years ago when they brought two beds previously. H was a very good assistant and he helped us purchase the bed with ease and confidence Thanks H

I visited the Perry Barr, Birmingham store with my Gran who is 89years. She is due to have a brain aneurism removed on the 1st September and we hoped to purchase a mattress that would ensure she was comfortable when she came out of hospital. The Sales Assistant was really attentive. She completed a sleep assessment and whereas we thought my Gran required an orthopaedic mattress, we discovered she need a firm mattress. My Gran was like the Princess and the pea, after trying 5 varieties of mattress (as suggested by Sharon the Sales Assistant), we returned to the second mattress she tried. After laying on the mattress for the second time, my Gran actually got herself into a comfy position and even closed her eyes!! I had to cheekily remind her that she was in the store and not at home! Although we spent more than we intended to, the mattress was delivered swiftly and my Gran will be comfortable when discharged from hospital. One change I would make would be to put the sales desks a little further apart. I could hear the customer next to us being offered discounts or free delivery, free disposal of the mattress etc. It's disheartening when you are not offered anything.
