The staff were really helpful- H answered all of my questions was polite and helped with my purchase the best he could.

Excellent customer service by Jay . We specifically came back after a few visits to the store. Jay was very helpful. Firstly on arrival at the store we were greeted by the store manager Sanj who assisted my disabled mother with the dispensing machines . I was able to self cater here but was very pleased with the care offered to my mother , we felt very welcomed. Thereafter , my mother and father were allowed to trial the sleep assessment bed to identify which type of bed was the best for them . We were then offered a range of beds as the fit was ‘firm’. Once trialled , my parents were really impressed by the new Temper mattress. We were then offered a range of headboards and assisted to fit the design that was best fit for the bedroom taking into account the decor and colour of my parents bedroom . Thereafter jay really simplified the payment process clearly explaining the charges for each element of the bill . We took out some finance and again this was easily explained . Please can you personally thank jay for this.
