I ordered a new mattress which arrived and the delivery men felt that the new mattress wouldn't get up the stairs, they took the new mattress and asked me to contact customer service. Before I got in touch with customer service I received a call from customer service who advised me that I could change the mattress and to call into the Dreams store and make another order
