It was really pleasant and I would offered an great experience for my frist time buying a bed.

All the staff were very helpful and I could see they were trying there best to get a sale by offering discounts free pillows etc

Tariq dealt with me in a really friendly manner let me feel welcome to the store and pretty relaxed he also explained about the product I was purchasing

We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable member of your staff, who clearly explained the process of choosing a new bed

Tariq greeted us at the door and asked us how we were and if we would like a beverage and gave us choice of water or hot drinks. He asked us what we were looking for and proceeded to ask a few questions to get a grasp of our grequirements. Once the requirements were established. Tariq gave us a choice of frames and mattresses that fitted our specific needs Once we had established the frame we required. We were then lead to a machine that our details were entered into and the machine miraculously showed is results of what mattress would be good for us. Tariq then proceeded to grab two paper tissue covers and pillows and lead us to the Matresses selected by the machine. The pillows were placed on the mattress and we invited to try out our future mattress and it was so comfortable. We were then brought to the second choice mattress and again we were invited to try the mattress with the paper tissue applied to the mattress. However the first one was the best. We got our dream bed literally and figuratively.

The member of staff that assisted us was very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure felt, in fact we flipped from just browsing to purchasing due to the staff member we spoke with

The customer service lady was able to give me good advice in the kind of bed I was looking for and matched my budget

The colleague we dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us find the right bed and mattress and also worked out the best deal for us. Very happy with the service. Thanks David
