The member of staff.. I believe his name was H (he was in the one stop store) he was unbelievably helpful kind and understanding, he was constantly asking us to take our time which was brilliant considering we were in the store with my mother and it takes her time to move around have not recieved that kind of customer service anywhere else he was that brilliant that I will be coming back to that store and personally looking to speak to him again regarding getting a bed for myself

Great service from Jay. She was very friendly and helpful and didn’t come across as a pushy saleswoman who only wanted a sale. Great product knowledge and my purchase was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
