Dreams - Perry Barr

Our visit was complemented by Jay, the store sales lady. Very warming and as professional as she could be. My only downside was using the paper tissue on each "bed", it was starting to tear and possibly a plastic cover for the head / pillow area with a bacterial wipe might be a better aid, only a suggestion. Everything else was fine apart from having to wait over a month for our choice of products and you see the telly adverts reference the discounts in the sale. We are wise enough to know that generally our choice of product isn't always a discounted product, so no disappointment to realists.

The sales advisor was very attentive when we entered the Perry Barr store. He recommend we test out your innovative mattress experience that will generate what type of mattress we both require as we told him we are suffering with back pains. We asked for some recommendations and he did this with no pressure to purchase. We asked for some thinking time and he was very understanding. We returned to the store and he then gave us time to approach him which we thought was very thoughtful of him. He directed us to the store manager that put the order through. The store manager was friendly and attentive and made us both feel comfortable throughout the sale. He made a few recommendations which we appreciated. Overall we both enjoyed our experience and highly recommend Dreams at Perry Barr. Also, the social distancing and school cleanliness was excellent very reassuring.

Heera, the staff member who served me and my parents was very helpful, he took time to understand what I was looking for and picked up on little things I had said and found things that would help me

The staff member (Tariq) from the birmingham one stop shopping centre branch was very helpful polite and friendly. He helped us choose the right bed and matress. As a result we were satisfied with the service provided and left satisfied with what we had purchased. Thank you very much Tariq keep up the hard work.

The colleague that helped us took his time to welcome us in a friendly matter. He took mine and my partner's need into account and choose the best matteress and pillows where we both agree on. Excellent service.
