Dreams - Perry Barr

We shopped at the Perry Barr store and were served by Sharan who was very welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked through the door, she helped us with everything we were looking for. All Covid-19 precautions were met, we felt safe and secure while in the store. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be shopping there in the future.

Our visit to Dreams Perry Barr was amazing. Jay was absolutely brilliant with helping us find the perfect mattress. She noticed I was pregnant and offered water and then asked if I wanted to stay lying down for a bit as I was having pains trying to get back up. Social distancing was followed throughout our entire visit. There was a slight issue in terms of price, but this was no fault of Jay's which is why it took slightly longer than it would have done but I can honestly say we had a brilliant experience when purchasing our new mattress. Thank you Jay and please continue being you. Your amazing.

Colleague who served us was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Made alternative suggestions when I couldn't find what I wanted and tried to work out the best deal for us.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and presentation of the female staff member who assisted me in purchasing my bed especially as she was pregnant. Found her to patient and explained the product well I was able to select my bed from start to finish found staff at the store friendly and very supportive towards her when she had questions. I will recommending this store in One stop Perry Barr to family and friends.

We called in with a view to ‘having a look around’ and didn’t think we would make a decision on the day. Sharan was extremely helpful to us and her manner was excellent - professional, attentive but not pushy. We were shown the ‘sleep match’ equipment, which we then used to make a more informed choice. The bed and mattress will take a few weeks, which we expected and are fine with. Very pleased with the overall experience and hopefully we will feel just as happy once our new bed arrives.

Tariq was really friendly. Took initiative with a friendly rapport without being obtrusive. I was thinking of visiting a competitor but his customer service kept me from doing so. Great stuff. Thank you.
